Behind Apple sues Samsung in Australia

Samsung Electronics Co. replied to the demands of Apple Inc. disputes related to patent a product, by suing in court behind Australia. In its claim, accusing Apple Samsung infringed its wireless patents in the iPad and iPhone products.

The move comes after last month delayed the launch of Samsung's latest tablet computers Galaxy in Australia, due to disputes with Apple. Because of Apple's lawsuit, Samsung could not sell the tablet Galaxy Tab in the country.

In a counterattack that Samsung considers Apple Samsung violated seven patents related to wireless standards in the iPhone 3G, iPhone 3G, iPhone 4, and iPad 2.

Not only in Australia, Samsung also was a dispute with Apple in South Korea, Japan, and Germany. Previously, Apple sued Samsung Galaxy product charges have been copying the design and look of Apple's products.

Earlier this month, Apple won the case in Germany by prohibiting Samsung prohibited from selling tablets 10.1 Galaxy Germany. The plan, Samsung would appeal the decision of the German court
